At GALA, we want you to love your glow as much as we do! However, due to the nature of our products, we have a no return or exchange policy once an item has been opened from its seal.
Returns & Exchanges
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products.
- If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you!
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds once the product has been opened.
- Refunds may only be issued if the product arrives damaged or incorrect, and a request is made within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
